About the event
Join me for a monthly mediation circle to bring love energy and healing to each other and the world! Each month, we will gather on a Tuesday evening to do a loving kindness meditation. This meditation will change slightly from month to month, but the overall theme will be to bring healing and loving energy to ourselves and out into the world!
Think of it as an intentional prayer circle, we will go around and add intentions or perhaps people in or out of our lives we wish to bring love and healing to. Then I will lead us through a guided meditation into the heart space to generate and spread love and healing.
This event is free with donations accepted, but not required to participate!
